Ordering, Payment and Shipping Information
Ordering from WomanMade Products is fun and simple. You may order either Online, by Phone or through the Mail.
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, checks and money order. Orders paid by credit card or money-order will be processed for shipping immediately. Orders paid by check will be shipped once the check clears.
All of our inventory is shipped directly from our store in beautiful downtown Seneca Falls, NY, in the heart of the Finger Lakes, where it would do you well to visit from time to time. New York State law requires sales tax to be added to any items shipped to a New York address. This will hurt only for a day or two.
Customers whose orders are to be shipped outside of North America, must contact us to receive special ordering and shipping information.
Money Orders and Check Payments
Paying by money-order or check? No problem! Go ahead and shop online as usual. When you're ready to check out, go to your shopping cart and follow the instructions. Select "Mail In Payment" as your Payment Method and proceed. You will be prompted to print your order and to mail it with your payment to WomanMade Products. Meanwhile, an email with a list of all the items you ordered will be sent to us, so we can get a head-start on your order!

We have so many products to choose from at WomanMadeProducts.com that it is impossible to keep everything in stock at all times, but we do our best to anticipate what you, our customers, will be looking for.
Our goal at WomanMadeProducts.com is to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Items normally ship from our store within 5 - 10 working days of receiving your order. We primarily use U.S. Priority Mail as our Standard Delivery service, but will on occasion use UPS if it seems more prudent. UPS and Priority Mail delivery usually takes 3 to 6 working days according to where you live in the domestic United States. All back orders will be shipped Standard Delivery. You may choose to ship Express Delivery, a 2 - 3 day service, for an additional charge. Please call us to arrange for this service.
Please Note: Your credit card will not be billed until the item(s) are shipped.
You may ship your purchase directly to the recipient using the shipping address fields on the order form. You may enter gift text which will be handwritten on a free gift card and enclosed with the shipment.
Gift wrapping service is also available for $4.95 per item.
Returns... What Was I Thinking???
If you purchased the wrong size, color or just made a stinking bad choice with your on-line shopping..... First, see if anyone else you know can wear it or wants it! You know, WomanMade Products make really fine gifts, and it would be a shame to spend your money on shipping it back to us when Aunt Gladys would just love it!
If you decide you really must return it, you need to let us know right away... like within 7 days please.
We will give you a return authorization number which you need to write BOLDLY on the outside of the package. Without this number, your package will possibly not be accepted, or may get lost in our shop and not find its way to the returns desk. Oh, by the way, books are not returnable.
When we receive your package, we will inspect the item to see that it is in the same fabulous condition as when we lovingly placed it in transit to you. We will then issue you store credit for the purchase price of the item, so you can choose some other marvelous WomanMade Product to be whisked off to your door.
Damage Claims... When Bad Things Happen to Good Products
Because accidents do happen and breakage can occur during delivery, please inspect your merchandise fully when it arrives. Contact us immediately to alert us of any problems. Please save all the packing material and shipping label from your shipment. Do not throw anything away!
Notify us via email that you have received damaged items so we can contact UPS or the Post Office and get a claim started. Again, do not throw away anything related to your shipment, if you do, we will not be able to put in a claim for refund and you will not be able to receive a replacement.

We want you to relax and know that we believe in complete customer care and we take great pride in keeping our customers happy. If you are not happy with your purchase, let us know within 7 days of receiving your order and we'll arrange for a refund or replacement.
